BidReady is a trading name of Salus Studios Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 17268621). References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Salus Studios Ltd.
BidReady is intended for use by businesses based in the United Kingdom. It is built around UK construction practice, and we do not market or offer the service to customers outside the UK.
BidReady helps you draft professional quotes for your clients. Every quote it produces is a draft for you to review, edit and approve. You decide what to send, what to commit to, and what to charge.
You are solely and fully responsible for every quote you generate, edit, send and honour. A quote you send to a client is your offer, not ours.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BidReady and Salus Studios Ltd accept no liability whatsoever for any quote created using the service, or for anything contained in or omitted from it — including its pricing, scope, specifications, inclusions, exclusions, commitments, guarantees, timings, calculations, errors or omissions. We do not check, verify, approve or warrant the accuracy, completeness, legality or suitability of any quote.
By using BidReady you accept full and sole liability for the quotes you produce and issue, and for any agreement you enter into with your clients on the basis of them. You should review every quote carefully — and take your own professional or legal advice where appropriate — before sending it.
In any event, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to BidReady or these terms will not exceed the total amount you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. The service is provided on a “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Credits are paid for in advance and are non-refundable once used. Payments are processed securely by PayPal under our trading account, Salus Studios Ltd. Your PayPal receipt or bank statement may show the charge as “Salus” rather than “BidReady” — this is the same business, not a separate charge.
We provide BidReady on an “as is” and “as available” basis and may change or withdraw features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or your use of BidReady, are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and you and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer where those rights apply.
